Green Glue is a viscoelastic damping compound that, when sandwiched between two layers of rigid material, greatly reduces the amount of sound transmitted through walls or ceilings. It also effectively reduces the amount of noise generated from impacts on floors. Higher in performance and lower in cost than competitive products, Green Glue is also fast and easy to apply.

Product Information:
- 1 or 2 tubes per 4' x 8' sheet of drywall
- Use a standard (32 oz.) quart size caulk gun to apply
- Fast application time (20-30 seconds per tube), as no measuring or troweling is needed; it dispenses with very little effort; and it will not flow off the board during installation.
- Since Green Glue is not adhesive, mechanical fasteners such as screws are required.
